(Each of these courses requires a completion of 60 semester credit hours – required courses 48 credit hours and dissertation requirements & 12 credit hours). In addition to these credit hour requirements, all students must successfully pass the Comprehensive Examination. You can choose an optional 2 semester Advanced Practicum. The dissertation begins when the coursework and comprehensive exams are over.

2. Massachusetts School of Professional Psychology – There are two types of course programs available, one is Traditional (on campus regular classes) and the other is Blended Curriculum (online or weekend classes). It is a two year program consisting of 60 semester credits and a minimum of 960 hours of field work distributed over two semesters. They also organize seminars which prepare Health Officials. You can select from specific areas like, Children, Adolescent & Family, Substance Abuse & Trauma, Community Mental Health, etc.

3. Capella University – You have the option of going online as they have a total four schools. You will learn from the laid down curriculum and also from the expertise of the faculty.
